What is the minimum error of the CNC cutting machine?

In mid-March, a customer in southern Europe received our customized YC-3560A CNC cutting machine. The working area of the cutting machine is 3500X6000MM, and it is equipped with a customized feeding system for cutting tent fabrics. This tent fabric is made of PVC with a thickness of 1.1MM, and the material hardness is relatively high, and customers have extremely high requirements for precision.

    After the customer receives the machine, install it according to the instruction video provided by our company. It took several hours for the customer to assemble the machine. After that, our after-sales team began to conduct remote technical guidance to assist customer engineers to debug the machine.

The length of the machine is 6m, but the length of the customer's design drawing is 7m. This is a great challenge for the automatic feeding system of the machine.

    After the efforts of our technical team and customer engineers, the error is less than 2mm when cutting customer graphics, and the error is 0.02%. This error is a major breakthrough for our technical team in ultra-format cutting. This also proves that Yuchon's software and hardware are trustworthy.
